The Tri City (MI) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated was chartered on August 16, 1980 as the 174th chapter in Linkdom’s international chain.  The charter members were twenty-three phenomenal women who lived in Bay City, Saginaw and Midland.  These civic minded women focused on the programs and collaborations needed to improve the quality of life in the three communities in which the women lived.
